EXPERIENCE

For 9 years, Adam was a Public Defender at The Legal Aid Society in Brooklyn, New York, the largest indigent representation organization in the country. Adam represented misdemeanor and felony criminal defendants at all stages of criminal trial proceedings. Adam then spent 9 years as a Trial Attorney at the United States Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor, enforcing labor laws on behalf of our country's workers.

Adam is honored to have been selected for the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association 2026-2027 Leadership Academy Class, developing the future leaders of the legal community. He is also active in the CMBA Small and Solo Section. He is a Master of the Bench of the Cleveland Employment Inn of Court.

Beyond the courtroom, Adam is an experienced legal educator, teaching continuing legal education (CLE) courses in a variety of skill and substantive areas. He is a trained National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) faculty member and served as the National Training Coordinator for the DOL Office of the Solicitor. He is a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College Trial Practice Institute. Adam is proud to have participated in the New York State Bar Association High School Mock Trial Program as a student himself, and has continued as a coach and judge of that competition and the Ohio Center for Law Related Education High School Mock Trial Competition ever since.
